Do and don't do

We do:

• structuring of the PPP and Concession Projects on new topics and new public facilities and services not structured so far in the Republic of Serbia

• advising on the ongoing PPP and Concession Projects

• preparation and negotiation of the Investment Incentive Packages in the Republic of Serbia

• assist in the Project Financing negotiation

• assist in transaction negotiations

• project due dilligence

 

We don't do:

• copy paste projects

• street lighting PPP projects 

• other projects associated with high risk of corruption and/or trading in influence
